• Villas are designed to accommodate 2 people per bedroom. An extra fold away bed is available upon request for an additional US$25 per night

• No charge for cancellation 60 days prior to arrival
• Cancellation within 45 - 60 days prior to arrival 50% of total payment will be charged
• Cancellation within 45 days prior to arrival 100% of total payment will be charged unless the property is re-let or by arrangement
• Refunds limited to amount received by Villa Kipas in Australian dollars nett of all charges
• Payment by cash ( US$, Japanese Yen, Indonesia Rupiah or AUS$ ), or credit card ( VISA, Master Card only )
• A surcharge of 2% applies to payment by credit card
