Villa Rates 

All rates are subject to change without notice

• Check in time 14:00 / Check out time 12:00
• Rates subject to Government tax of 11%
• Minimum length of stay is 5 nights in regular and high seasons and 7 nights in peak season
• Villas are designed to accommodate 2 people per bedroom. An extra fold away bed is available upon request for an additional US$40 per night
• Deposit of 50% is required to secure booking
• Balance in full to be paid 45 days prior to arrival in Regular and High Season
• Balance in full to e paid 60 days prior to arrival in Peak Season
• No charge for cancellation 60 days prior to arrival
• Cancellation within 45 - 60 days prior to arrival 50% of total payment will be charged
• Cancellation within 45 days prior to arrival 100% of total payment will be charged unless the property is re-let or by arrangement
• Refunds limited to amount received by Villa Kipas in Australian dollars nett of all charges
• Payment by cash ( US$, Japanese Yen, Indonesia Rupiah or AUS$ ), or credit card ( VISA, Master Card only )
• Credit card payments will be converted to Australian dollars on the transaction date
• A surcharge of 3% applies to payment by credit card
• Damage or Loss
  A credit card imprint will be required upon arrival at the villa and held as security.On the day of departure,should the property suffer damage or loss during your stay the cost to repair or replace an item will be finalised prior to departure.
• Liability
  The owners and all staff of Villas of Excellence ,accept no responsibility for any personal injury, sickness, loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience, directly or indirectly caused by, or arising from the use of the property, its facilities, or otherwise, nor any arising from exceptional weather conditions, Balinese festivals or traditional practices, airlines or other travel arrangements, or any other matter beyond our control or remit. No responsibility is accepted for guests personal belongings. Every reasonable effort is made to present the property in excellent order in accordance with its advertised standards.
• Villas of Excellence strongly recommends guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance after their reservation has been confirmed to cover against illness, injury, loss of property, theft,or cancellation.
• Guest's behaviour must be considerate of other guests and others closeby.Villas of Excellence reserves the right to require any guest to leave the premises on request despite having a confirmed reservation if their behavior is considered inappropriate.
