From Pam & Debbie (Sydney) - Just returned from another fabulous stay at Villa Kipas, this was my 4th stay at the Villa - and proud to report that we had the best time and it was so relaxing. This trip we spent more time relaxing around the pool and made the most of the outdoor entertaining area and the Bale. What makes this villa stand out far and above all others is its owners and their staff's commitment to ensuring and delivering client satisfaction. They were extremely helpful even down to restaurant recommendations, nothing was too much trouble.  Our Kipas experience starts the moment we arrive at the airport and met at by the driver, Made who supplied us with a bottle of cold water and a chilled hand towel. All of the staff are committed to making our stay a pleasant and memorable experience.  This was my 5th visit to Bali and I have stayed elsewhere but I keep coming back to Villa Kipas because it is like staying in a 5 star resort but with privacy.

From Andree (Singapore) - My partner and I stayed at Villa Kipas in October 2010 and it was simply perfect! We were very impressed; very clean, extremely well maintained, beautiful décor, secluded but close to everything, 5 minute walk to the beach, great pool, very comfortable.
The staff was very friendly and attentive. We had excellent recommendations for restaurants and spas from the owners. They also have an in-house spa service and we each got a massage, heavenly.  I would definitely highly recommend Villa Kipas to anyone who is considering a holiday in Bali!! You will not be disappointed!

From Dimity (Sydney) - Where do I begin to tell you about the most fantastic experience in Bali. Firstly, I am a return guest to Villa Kipas and that speaks for itself. The whole wonderful experience starts from when you step off the plane and are greeted by the friendliest people who take you to your Villa - all very hassle free. You are then greeted in the Villa by the most gorgeous girl with a freshly squeezed, ice cold juice. The pool beckons so you literally unpack your gear and dive in the pool.
You wake in the morning to a delicious home cooked breakfast at a time to suit your sleeping habits and then the common areas, bedrooms and ensuites are cleaned everyday and kept spotless. After breakfast it's time for a massage or facial in the cabana by the pool. Does it get any better?

From Barbara & Darryl (Queensland) -  My husband, myself and another couple stayed at Villa Kipas for 13 wonderful nights. Made picked us up from the airport all on time...we started joking with him within 5 minutes, just to break the ice so we had a few good laughs right from the beginning...we were still laughing with ALL the staff on our last day...it was very sad to leave Villa Kipas...we really can't think of one thing negative to say about Villa Kipas..everyone of the staff were wonderful in every way... very friendly always do things with a big smile...the Villa itself is very spacious with plenty of room to move...the pool..well it just topped it off it was so beautiful...lovely relaxing surroundings lots of water features, the sound of running water really eases away any stress that one might have..the bedrooms were also spacious with plenty of room, the shower...we just loved the HUGE rain shower head..the beach is only 5 minutes walk away and a short taxi ride to Kuta costing aprox $ 4 AU. Sanur is about 20 mintues away only costing $ 8 - 10 AU..we also had Wayan, Villa Kipas driver for a couple of days he was very helpful in showing us places to see. Neil suggested we go to Ecco beach on the Sunday night...we are so glad we did go.. what a great night it was..its a seafood BBQ on the beach.. great food great band ( 70's music ) We would HIGHLY recommend anyone to stay at Villa Kipas...we have even re booked to go back in April next year, now we can't wait for April to come. We would like to say a BIG thank you to Windi, Yumas, Putu, Sri, Nofie, Made, Wayan and the pool guys for making our holiday at Villa Kipas such a memorable one. Ooh, I nearly forgot the attention that Yumas provided when cooking our wonderful breakfasts, nothing was ever any trouble, Windi checking in with us to ensure that all was fine with the Villa and if we needed anything at all and last but not least Neil and Julie ringing to ensure all was well with the Villa and the service.  

Neil & Julie a big thank you to you both for giving us the opportunity to stay at your beautiful Villa and all the tips and recommendations you left at the Villa, from the bottom of our hearts a very big thank you.

From Wendy & Jim (Queensland) -    Saying that Villa Kipas is fabulous is a total understatement.  The Villa is a paradise and all the staff are amazing. They make you feel so welcome and special.  Our 9 days there was the very best relaxing holiday we have ever had. Cannot think of one thing lacking – everything was just perfect.  Taking Neil up on his recommendations is a must – from the great restaurants/bars to the recommended Driver, Wayan.  From the moment we were met at the airport and given iced water and cold flannels until we were dropped back to the airport on our last day – a very memorable holiday.  WE WILL BE BACK.  Plan on an annual trip to Villa Kipas.  Next time we may even take the children.  Neil, you truly think of EVERYTHING.  Thank you all so much for our wonderful memories.  See you in 2010.

From Ros (Western Australia) - What can I say, another amazing week at Villa Kipas!!!  The place to go when you want beautiful surroundings, amazing staff, good food and privacy. Once again we stayed at Villa Kipas for a week during our wedding anniversary. You may ask why do we keep going back. Well we have never found anything that is better.  From amazing Dewi who welcomes you into friendly arms and makes sure your needs are met and the villa is spotlessly clean and organised in an unobtrusive manner. To the first class breakfast, manicured grounds and organising restaurant bookings the villa staff is amazing.  Then there is the villa. Beautifully laid out with amazingly comfortable king sized canopy beds great pool and outdoor area and the location is right next to the beach and the use of the gym up the road. There are also little touches like compatible power adaptors, iPod docking stations and spa style products in the bathrooms that add to the 5 star services

From Edmund & Hayley (Sydney) -    We had such a wonderful stay at Kipas, It exceeded all our expectations! I will miss sitting around the pool, lying under the day bed and of course the morning walk along the beach before Breakfast. The Villa was Fantastic and all the staff were so brilliant, i have offered all of them a room in our Sydney house. (sadly there were no takers..) The Villa had everything we needed and more. We would recommend this Villa to everyone from couples wanting a romantic getaway to families wanting a place to stay where there is enough room for everyone! I fully recommend visiting all of Neil's favourite places to eat and drink. Thanks for the memories. We will be back!

From Michael (London) -   Love the Villa and location. It was bigger then I expected. The staff were wonderful. Very quiet never have any problem with the mopeds. The beds and pillows were 5 Star. I just had the best stay.

From Richard – (Margaret River, Western Australia) –  Just had 5 nights in this amazing villa. This is THE BEST LOCATION in Seminyak. In between the Sofitel and the Oberoi, great stretch of beach, walk to Ku de Ta. The villas are very stylish, roomy, good beds, beautiful private pool. staff are friendly, lovely breakfasts and only around when you need them. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone in fact already have. Had a great holiday with my wife our baby boy and the in laws from Japan

From Leigh (Bangkok) - Fabulous Villas! Romi and all the staff very friendly and no request was too much trouble.  Perfect location so close to the beach - ideal for early morning or evening walk along the beach to Ku de Ta and La Lucciola Restaurants for breakfast or cocktails/dinner. You could feel the lovely sea breeze back at the villa all day.  Stunning lush gardens and beautiful pool - total privacy and very quiet, being far enough away from the main road traffic and not situated on a busy main road!  Gorgeous 4 poster beds and lovely ensuite bathrooms with shower floor pebbles and skylights for natural light.  Would definitely rebook Villa Kipas on my next trip to Bali - can fully recommend it to anyone looking for livable luxury!"

From Naomi (Australia) -   The Villa is lovely. We were really comfortable there. The beds and bedding were luxurious and we had long restful sleeps. We didn't mind the motorbikes 'beeping' at the corner each morning, it added to the ambience! We really loved the villa and the outside pool area. It is small but the space is used well.   As for Villas of Excellence - their service was great. We rang Windi on several occasions for restaurant recommendations, in-villa services etc, and he was most helpful. The driver to and from the airport was excellent, and it was good to be driven in a brand new van.  Dewi the young girl who came in every day was very friendly. I must say her cleaning was meticulous, the villa always sparkled. Nothing was a problem for any of the staff, they made us feel very welcomed.
